Manufacturing
- Manufacturing only at WHO-GMP certified facilities.
- Qualification and periodic review of every manufacturing partner.
- Sterile ophthalmic preparations produced under controlled aseptic conditions.
- Raw and packaging material tested before use.
- In-process checks at each critical stage.
- Finished product analysis against pharmacopoeial specifications.
Preservative systems
Where a formulation is intended for extended use, we prefer preservative systems that are gentler on the ocular surface — stabilized oxychloro complex, or self-preserving formulations. Products carrying a BKC FREE or Preservative Free mark on the carton are formulated accordingly.
Documentation
Each batch is traceable by batch number. A Certificate of Analysis accompanies consignments, and drug licence and GST documentation is provided to trade partners.
Review
Complaints, deviations and market feedback are recorded and fed into corrective and preventive action. Specifications and artwork are revised as standards and regulations change.
